EFT involves tapping with the index finger and middle fingertips on acupressure points on the head, face and upper body. It is used to rewire the neural pathways in the brain in order to realease underlying emothional issues, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs or physical issues to bring the mind and body back into balance and promote deeper mind-body connection. One of the best things about EFT is that it can be done anywhere, at any time, and without the use of equipment, mediactions or supplements.
